We have identified clear and demanding recruitment standards both in terms of cultural fitness and skills-set in order to select and retain the best talent in our industry. Ongoing professional development and technical training is delivered for all our employees. Front-office team members are also expected to achieve at least one professional qualification. Over 80% of such staff are fully qualified as STEP members, accountants, lawyers, Chartered Secretaries and/or Chartered Tax Advisors.

We operate on a single IT platform across all four jurisdictions. Given the importance of data privacy, we have invested heavily in secure cloud technology, disaster recovery and cyber security. This is managed on a 24/7 basis and monitored by ISO27001 certified providers.
